Follow-up Comment #10, bug #62805 (project octave):

Yes it works both ways. I 've tested it by changing the input in demo 4 from
`violin (data, "color", jet(4));` to `violin (data, "color", jet(4)');`, which
parses rgb matrix as column vectors instead of the typical row vector format.
I consider we can close this.
