Date: Sun, 31 Jul 2022 07:39:20 -0400 (EDT)

Update of bug #62435 (project octave):

                Category:             Interpreter => GUI
              Item Group: None => Incorrect Result
                  Status:                    None => Confirmed
                 Release:                   7.1.0 => dev
        Operating System: Microsoft Windows => Any
                 Summary: Variables editor fails to display variable =>
Variables editor fails to display lazy index vector variable

Follow-up Comment #3:

I'm not too familiar with that part of the code. But I believe lazy indices
are needed to correctly implement some features.
Does the test suite still pass with the change you propose?

It might be better to fix this in the variable editor implementation. Maybe a
specific model for idx_vector or a change in the `numeric_model` in
`libgui/src/variable-editor-model.cc`?
