[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #49408] ode{23, 45} option "Refine" has no effect

Follow-up Comment #8, bug #49408 (project octave):

I see the file attachment location now. I missed it because it is so far away
from the comment text box. Thank you for the clarification.

The ODE functions relevant to this bug are included in Octave now, so maybe
that means they're in the core. I called it the ODE package because they are
all collected under \scripts\ode\ in the source code. I think there may be
some other Octave ODE related functions elsewhere in the source as well, which
would not be affected by any changes here.

I think the required changes can be submitted in a few independent patches.
Would you like me to submit them that way for ease in explaining each part, or
would you like everything in a single patch?
