Is this old report still valid?
Testing with Octave 8.4.0 (and 9.0.1) and Matlab 2023b, I get the attached
images when running one of Octave's demo scripts for mesh. Other than matlab
putting "" around it's lables, and maybe some position differences, both
programs produce all horizontal/vertical labels.
Marking as need info in case I'm missing some other use case, but perhaps this
old report can be closed. As Rik mentioned in comment #10 the ability to
rotate axis labels is being addressed by other reports.
