Follow-up Comment #28, bug#65220 (group octave):

As also mentioned by Rik, I am also in favor of consistency over Matlab
compatibility here. The only Matlab compatible think I favor is a way to be
able to get a different documentation for the class and the class constructor,
which is currently not supported by Octave. Apart from this, I an quite happy
with the way documentation differs in Octave from Matlab.

I fully agree with Rik's example below of how to deal with help documentation
in the classdef
