The patch upgrade-libbiosig-260.patch upgrades src/libbiosig.mk in mxe-octave
to the latest relase and fixes a number of bugs including fixes and
mitigations for these security vulnerabilities 
 CVE-2024-23305, CVE-2024-22097, CVE-2024-23809, CVE-2024-21795, 
 CVE-2024-21812, CVE-2024-23313, CVE-2024-23310, CVE-2024-23606

The patch upgrade-opkg-biosig-260.patch
upgrades the biosig4octave package and fixes some minor bugs but adds also
some new features.
