Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #65327] configure adds wrong flags to CXX if compiler is C++20 compliant
Date: Fri, 1 Mar 2024 12:22:18 -0500 (EST)

Update of bug#65327 (group octave):

              Item Group: None => Build Failure
        Operating System:               GNU/Linux => Any
         Planned Release: None => 9.1.0 (current stable)
                 Summary: octave 10 stores sets CXX wrong => configure adds
wrong flags to CXX if compiler is C++20 compliant

Follow-up Comment #8:

The attached patch skips the configure test that is broken for C++20.

If no one opposes, I'd like to push that to the stable branch to avoid
potential issues during the next year (until Octave 10 will be released).

@Dmitri: Does that change work for you?
