Follow-up Comment #5:
Yes, the number of rows of u must be equal to the length of the time vector t,
and t must be a one dimensional array. The input u (as well as the outputs y
and x of lsim) are organized such that each row corresponds to one time
instance.
I am closing this report as invalid for now since lsim is behaving as
expected. The next version of the control package will also allow an input
array u for lsim where the number of columns is equal to the length of t.
