GEODDISTANCE  Distance between points on an ellipsoid

   [s12, azi1, azi2] = GEODDISTANCE(lat1, lon1, lat2, lon2)
   [s12, azi1, azi2, S12, m12, M12, M21, a12] =
      GEODDISTANCE(lat1, lon1, lat2, lon2, ellipsoid)

   solves the inverse geodesic problem of finding of length and azimuths
