Follow-up Comment #2:

The long times with `conv2` have been resolved.  That will have fixed most of
the delay.  The fix was only on the development branch, but I have grafted it
to the stable branch as well so that it will be a part of the 9.2 release.

The issues with integral2 make less of a difference, and in any case are more
subtle and will require a long time to resolve.
