Queueing needs new package release. ".+" and ".-" no longer deprecated, but
illegal with 9.x release.

I have tried hg snapshot and there are multiple issues:

-- Makefile has "DISTFILES=COPYING NEWS DESCRIPTION CITATION INDEX README
README.TOMS INSTALL" 
   README.TOMS is not present.

-- Makefiles calls octave as "octave-cli", it should be just "octave"

-- During "make dist" building documentation fails with:
