Follow-up Comment #3, bug #65725 (group octave):
I can reproduce the problem with the editor windows staying in foreground in
both Windows and Linux.
Essentially de-tached editor from gui.
Switch to command Window and type something there.
The editor windows will stay in-front.
This is with 9.1.91 (2024-05-12)
