Follow-up Comment #4, bug #65740 (group octave):
The behavior of the editor is expected. The file is automatically reloaded
under the new name. I am just wondering why it does not notify the user that
the underlying file has disappeared which is the case when you remove a file
that is currently open in the editor.
Regarding the renaming itself, it is carried out by QDir::rename () and
consequently, I have no idea what might go wrong here. Have you tried to file
somewhere else in the file tree in case QDir had problems correctly building
the target path?
