I would like the ability to disable the tab autocomplete feature only when
typing comments. It can be useful when referencing function or variable names
in comments, but I find it gets in the way more often than it helps. 

It's possible I'm the only one that would find this helpful, as I don't know
of any other IDEs that do this.
