Dear all,
the help system seems to render quotes as some unicode symbols which are
neither rendered correctly by the GUI nor the console under Windows. This is a
bit annoying.
I added '--disable-encoding' to the options passed to makeinfo in
m/help/__makeinfo__.m
Then quotes seem to be plain ascii.
