This issue report is dedicated to the translation files for the Octave 10.1
Release.

The .ts files in libgui/languages have been updated on the stable branch and
contain just a few modifications and additions from the 9.4 release.

The Octave Developers are asking translators to review the .ts file for their
language, fix any translations marked "unfinished", and upload the final file
to this bug report.

The Octave Maintainers will then download the files, place them under version
control, and incorporate them into the 10.1 release.
