[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #66764] Translation files (*.ts) for Octave 10.1 release

Follow-up Comment #24, bug #66764 (group octave):

OK, finished review of Dutch translation and general texts.
cset for Dutch attached.


As to general review:

First of note that I have US-English systems (I never set PC language to my
native language, only my cell phone and that was by accident).
So many untranslated buttons mentioned below may be standard Windows menu
buttons that (hopefully) get translated automatically outside Octave's control
(? I can't check) - all indicated with *####*.

Main window:
* Edit | Set Path  ==> Close button not translated  *####*
* Edit | Preferences  ==> all tabs have four untranslated buttons "Reset",
"OK", "Cancel" and "Apply"  *####*
Preferences | tab "General' | 'Initial work directory of Octave interpreter'|
Browse:  gives me a popup where in English there are two buttons: "Select
folder" and "Cancel" but in the Dutch translation I see _*three*_,
untranslated buttons: "New folder", "OK" and "Cancel"  *####*

Preferences | Editor, section "Long Lines":  "Line length" had better be "Max.
line length", similarly "Break long lines at line length" ==> "Break long
lines at max. line length".

Preferences | Variable Editor tab
IMO:
* "Variable Editor Colors" text had better be "Variable Editor Cell Colors".
* Move "Alternating background" under the text for checkbox "Use alternating
row colors", so that texts for cells are separate from those applying to rows
and row settings are together
Preference | Shortcuts
"Tools Menu" only mentions Profiler stuff - shouldn't it be renamed to
"Profiler Menu"? (same applies to Main Window)

There are still untranslated texts:
File Browser menu | clicking "Explore" button gives pop-up with untranslated
"Show home directory", "Show Octave directory", "Set Octave directory", "Set
browser directory ...", "Find files ...", "New file ...", "New directory ..."

Hopefully adapting the English texts doesn't provoke new translation efforts
(?), similarly I hope suggestions for moving texts don't affect translations.
Otherwise these suggestions would apply to Octave 11.x, but that would be a
pity (and another year of delay).
