*100%* Matlab compatibility...

I have read the reasons for J. Eaton's lack
of interest in making 100% Matlab compatiblity
the defining goal of Octave......

Many people are still very interested in Matlab
compatibility even if it is only with regards
to an *older* version of Matlab.

One idea I can think of is having *two* versions
of Octave.... one that has "bug for bug
compatibility" with Matlab and one that doesn't
focus on this goal.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
