MSVC patch: additional argument to various octave macros

Did anyone have a chance to look at the patch I proposed some time ago
(see 
http://www.cae.wisc.edu/pipermail/octave-maintainers/2006-December/001534.html)?

I'd like to know if it has a chance to go into main source tree or not. 
Note that
this patch would be required to compile some parts of octave-forge (namely
the fixed support).
