Maintainers,

I'm working on a very similar problem at work in parallel, and would love to
contribute to Octave. Especially since I'm from the same school as Eaton.

Do you guys still need to add the general eigenvalue problem solver? If so,
let me know. Also, could I have a copy of the coding standards?
