Do I have to revise something except for changing version number according 
to version up 2.9.16 ==> 2.9.19?
After your reply I will revise this page.

Release infomration of MSVC-octave in my page and in OctaveForWindowsWiki has 
been updated.
In this release, I think you use the octave-forge-071212. Right?
