yes
Major new platform features:
- Shared libgcc
(selectable by --shared-libgcc/--static-libgcc
flag)
- Dwarf-2 EH
(no SjLj at all; if using EH and DLLs,
--shared-libgcc is mandatory)
but is still to be polished
