Hi,
Is there a way (from Octave) to test if Octave was linked against a
specific library? Specifically, I'm not linking against QHull and HDF
at work, which causes some failures during 'make check'. So, I'd like
to patch the tests to only run if Octave was actually linked against
the corresponding library.

I added this feature a while back because of complaints of failing tests
for the sparse code when people didn't link against the right libraries.
