Ok, it seems that when the patterns of named tokens are in brackets then PCRE returns duplicate matches. The attached patch will address these multiple matches from PCRE, and if this isn't the correct behavior and the PCRE developers fix it, it won't be harmful. The changeset attached here also adds a new test for the original bug report
