Ben, Since you are doing a huge amount of work on getting the plotting in good shape, here is a case that needs attention: The default y axis values should be in powers of 10. Matlab R2009b just shows 10^1, 10^2, and 10^3 on the y axis. I suspect that the x axis has the same problem, but these data do not show that. The attached plot is from semilogy(out); The attached out.dat is the data to be read in by load out.dat plotting was to fltk backend. Michael |
