Perhaps this is fontconfig related waring.
Please try to make
'etc' directory as the same hierarchy of 'bin'.
After that place etc/fonts/fonts.conf
For me, this make waring disappeared.
Perhaps setting FONTCONFIG_PATH make the same effect.
