Local Patches for MinGW build

I have been using three local patches for octave build.

CTRL_CLOSE_EVENT.diff
Prevent octave hang at pressing x button right upper side octave console.

 oct-env.cc.diff, oct-hist.diff
Twice call unistd.h to avoid gnulib error on the MinGW platform.
(This was described in 
http://www.tatsuromatsuoka.com/octave/Eng/Win/Readme_octave-3.4.2.txt,)

Please try them when you build octave next time.
