I made a new test and the results are as follows:
It was slow on loading a variable which was saved in zip format. it is more
than 8 times slower when i use Octave binaries for Windows Microsoft Visual
Studio on the same system.
time of loading
variable 1 variable 2
binaries for Windows Microsoft Visual Studio 2.7 s
113 s
MinGw
25.3 s 989 s
But in other processes it seems its faster!
time of processing
process 1 process 2 process 2
binaries for Windows Microsoft Visual Studio 16.09 s
36.02 s 29.67 s
MinGw
10.38 s 24.94 s 18.87 s
