That looks like gperf did not correctly generate the parse-tree/oct-gperf.h
file.

I am retrying with just the msys-bison and it didn't show the warning in
configure - it will be a couple of hours before I know for certain though.

Msys-bison:
$ bison.exe --version
bison (GNU Bison) 2.4.2

mxe-octave bison:
$ usr/bin/bison.exe --version
bison (GNU Bison) 2.7.12-4996
