Michael,
I'm looking into fixing some problems / bugs involving the axes "position",
"outerposition", "looseinset", and "tightinset". I've almost got an approach
worked out, but don't see how to update the "position" and "outerposition" axes
properties when the "tightinset" changes. Is there something equivalent to
update_tightinset() that is called when the tightinset is modified?
