generate_html 0.1.9 released

Hi everyone

a new release of the generate_html package [1] is out, version 0.1.9, by
Julien Bect.  A summary of important user-visible changes is also available
online [2].

This package provides functions for generating HTML pages that
contain the help texts for a set of functions. The package is designed to be
as general as possible, but also contains convenience functions for generating
a set of pages for entire packages.
