As in 'octave --norc --eval 'disp (graphics_toolkit ())' returns either
"qt" or "gnuplot" randomly?
Or as in you use Octave somehow, and somewhere along the line the
toolkit is either "gnuplot" or "qt" and you're not sure what changed it?
