I basically reverted most of my design changes and integrated the news
within your proposal and the examples are gone. The [latest repo state][1]
is [now visible online][2].

Nice. Looks good. I like the newsfeed page: https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/new/news.html. Would be great to deploy this with the 4.2 release announcement!
