I think that bug #49171

"Warnings after save from GUI editor are related to the previous version"

should be fixed before the next release candidate.

 

Alas, I never use the GUI and don't understand the code at all.  Someone else will have to fix this, or we let it go and it gets fixed in 4.2.1.
