Not really, that bug was about --disable-gui, you are trying to build
the GUI. But I see the error message is the same.

How about rerunning this with `make V=1` so you can see what command is
trying to run?
Might as well show us the output of
grep -E '^(QT|LREL|MOC|RCC|UIC).* = ' Makefile
