Dear Maintainers,

There is a recrudescence of messages actually belonging to the help list.
May I suggest that the nabble mailing list text should be 
more informative than just
"This forum is an archive for the mailing list address@hidden  
Messages posted here will be sent to this mailing list." ?

Perhaps add
"This list is intended for octave developers only. 
  Users should use <link to nabble help list>"
?
