Octave.app 4.4.0 RC2 available for testing

Hi, Octave folks,

Octave.app has an Octave.app 4.4.0 Release Candidate 2 macOS DMG ready 
for testing.

This fixes the illegal-instruction crashes on older macOS versions that 
happened with RC1 and beta9.

With any luck, this will be the last RC for 4.4.0, and we'll release 
4.4.0 and move right on to making a 4.4.1 build.
