Problems with MXE-Octave

Hi,

I have compiled MXE Octave (hg_id = dacba8a503d8),
and noticed a few major problems:

1. Using the sequence:
    plot (rand(10))
    clear all
    plot (rand(10))

crashes Octave

2. gnuplot graphics toolkit does not work

I did not see these problems under Linux (Ubunto 16.04).

Can someone confirm this?
