Thanks for your contribution.

I added the translation file and modified translator list with
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/c4556b986704

All translation files were also updated with the new strings from the sources
and were renamed into the form xx_YY.ts (.qm). However, the files are not yet
used. Changesets implementing this will follow.
