I like the idea of merging the current odebwe solver and odebwenk
but there is one more issue to be solved to do so.
odebwenk uses a 2nd order corrector to estimate local truncation error while
odebwe uses a solution with half the time step as a reference.
probably we could set also this as an option, but I don't see an easy way to
switch from one approach to the other.
How would propose to do that?
As for checking for existence on the inexact_newton function, we usually do
not check for individual files but only for packages.
