Details:

msys-zip is required for e.g., soon-to-come native (Java-less)
.ods/.xlsx/.gnumeric write support in the OF io package.

I've modeled this cs after the cs for msys-unzip by Markus Bergholz and tested
it - worked OK here.

Note that -as for msys-unzip- the bnary package is downloaded & installed,
rather than a src package being built.
