Follow-up Comment #8, patch #8016 (project octave):
I forgot to add the disconnecting step for which I left a reminder below.
This new patch adds the disconnect when the add_all_breakpoints() slot is no
longer needed. I verified proper operation with fprintf() calls. To make it
work properly at startup, I had to move the file_editor restore session code
to its own function and call that after the octave_qt_link and editor_window
are both constructed and connected. Otherwise, the file_editor_tab was
queuing commands when there was no link to Octave core yet available.
