Follow-up Comment #2, patch #8602 (project octave):
Keep in mind the call for packages that has been issued. I omitted
linear-algebra from the announcement because 2.2.1 does build with 4.0, but it
has not been updated in mxe-octave yet. I don't think it's that big a deal to
update mxe-octave twice if needed.
