I have been using cli version of octave. I have not have enough time to use
gui-interface.  The reason why some missing translations exist is that I do
not have enough confidence to judge my translation correctly points to the
actual situation. I have to learn the gui interface to fill missing
translations.

I have noticed some missing translations due to my careless mistake. Of course
this kind of missing translations will be fixed as soon as possible.
