Follow-up Comment #3, patch #8787 (project octave):

Julien, sounds good. We don't have to plan the release of generate_html
accurately. The Makefile can be used to update any packages which have used an
old release of generate_html and can be called multiple times if necessary.

I will summarize the changes on the mailing list one more time and then Carnë
can make the final decision.
