Follow-up Comment #11, patch #8827 (project octave):
Attached a fixed version of the four files with tests and fixed texinfo.
It doesn't follow the strange Matlab boundary convention, for example, to map
-180 to -180 and 180 to 180.
I've removed the author, created timestamp and version line because this
should be handled by our version control system (mercurial).
