Gentlemen,

I've combined Oscar's, Andy's and my own mods to arrive at the versions in
attached archive.
When I'm back from holiday (after New Years Eve) I'll push them and probably
make a new mapping package release.
If in the mean time you see opportunities for tuning these files, please go
ahead.
