I have updated and pushed the patch with cset

Following updates were necessary:
* No icons for the marker, since only QsciScintilla internal markers are used
in the gui
* Removed the settings for the "unsure icon set" (it is just a grey marker)
* commented out some code which is not yet used because of missing possibility
to return results from octave to the gui

Moreover, before adding a new position marker, all exisitng positions are
removed in order to avoid "zombie" position markers
