Details:

This patch provides an implementation of uibuttongroup for the QT Toolkit.

The selectionchangedfcn is perhaps the only thing where this is a difference
with matlab - as it currently returns a scalar_map rather than an object. I
would be very happy to change this if someone could direct me as to how to
create an octave object.
