Follow-up Comment #15, patch #8988 (project octave):

Maybe, as you say, the link in my patch :

http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/doc/interpreter/Installing-and-Removing-Packages.html

should be change to :

[../../getting.html]

and leave a html page that redirect to:

http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/doc/interpreter/Installing-and-Removing-Packages.html

thus, if the link change, we only need change the getting.html.
